Zones by Age/Grade

COMFORT ZONE

Comfort Zone (Birth-24 months) is available each Sunday during our 9:00 a.m. or 10:45 a.m. services.

Comfort Zone is all about building trust with each baby through being held and playing. This bond of trust sets the stage for further growth during the years to come in KidZone and allows parents the freedom to worship with peace of mind. There is opportunity for the little ones to learn. A song is sung that introduces them to a Bible verse. A children’s video with a simple Bible lesson is played for those who might show interest. The leaders pray for the little ones.

DISCOVERY ZONE

Discovery Zone (Preschool) is available each Sunday during our 9:00 a.m. service.

Discovery Zone is a three-year journey through the Bible. Children will be welcomed with some transition play time. They sing a song each month focused on memorizing a Bible verse. During the learning time a Bible story is read which is appropriate for toddlers, with a connection made to Jesus. The learning time includes interaction and activity to review and apply what was learned, followed by a time to pray.

ADVENTURE ZONE

Adventure Zone (Kindergarten – 3rd Grade) is available each Sunday during our 9:00 a.m. service.

Adventure Zone is another three-year journey through the Bible, now at a deeper level. Children will be welcomed with some transition activity. They sing a song each month focused on memorizing a Bible verse. During the learning time a Bible story is read, with a connection made to Jesus. The learning time includes interaction and activity to review and apply what was learned, followed by a time to pray.

C.O.D.E. 456

C.O.D.E. 456 (4th – 6th Grade) is available each Sunday during our 9:00 a.m. service.

These older children stay in main service during worship through singing. C.O.D.E. 456 is another three-year journey through the Bible at a level that matches their maturity. They work on memorizing one verse per month. During the learning time there is a Bible story, with a connection made to Jesus. The learning time includes interaction and small group to review and apply what was learned. Then they pray

EXPLORATION ZONE

Exploration Zone (Birth – 3rd Grade) is available each Sunday during our 10:45 a.m. service.

We encourage regularly-attending families to attend the 9:00 a.m. service, since that is when we have our full KidZone program. For various reasons, families have to attend the 10:45 a.m. service. For them, we offer Exploration Zone. The teachers use the curriculum of Comfort Zone, Discovery Zone, or Adventure Zone with the child, depending on their age.

The Gospel Project is all about the gospel because the gospel is all about Jesus.
