Creators Fair

Join us Sunday, April 19 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. for our Creators Fair here at Stone Creek Bible Church. Come and check out the various arts, crafts and more!

You may also bring your art, your craft, whatever it is that you create. You can sell your creations, or you can sample your creations and let people order custom ones.  There is no selling used stuff, unless your craft is to refurbish something used.

There will be a non-compete for our SCBC members only, for crafts (meaning, non-members will not be able to participate with your same craft), if you apply by March 15. For non-members, we will limit any craft category to two creators.

Food: You can sell food if you have the appropriate licenses. Food trucks are  welcome. 

For SCBC members only, if you do not have business cards, the church is willing to make you 24 basic cards for free. At least three weeks prior to the event, email the info you want on the card and a logo if you have one (jpg format).

Set up areas: There will be shade available. On the east side of the building, it will all be shaded and some of the patio will be shaded. You may bring your own tent, in which case you will set up on the lawn (tents must be staked).

Electricity: If you need electricity, you can request to have a plug available.  There is limited availability (along the east side of the building). The first requests will get them. No gas generators allowed.

Table: For SCBC members, you can request to use one of the church’s folding tables. There is a limited quantity. The first requests will get them.

Fee: For SCBC members, you can have a space for free. Non-members can have a space for $15.

Creators, you may want to be set up to accept Zelle, but we do encourage attendees to bring cash.

Idea for creators, you could be working on your creation in your space, as long as it’s not going to leave a mess. If you do this, it would be good to have another person with you, who can interact with customers.

If you can think of a creator who may want to participate, please pass this information on to them.
